We bring you the most exquisite Calçotada ever possible. We always cook Calçots with fire from vine pruning woods, which makes their taste so unique. The blend of delicate sweetness of the calçots gets infused by the smoke from burning vines.
For the 2022 season, we want to extend this experience with a menu that is all cooked over the fire. After the Calçots, you will enjoy slow-smoked Iberico meats. Yes! A pure feast cooked with fire and wood fills your mouth with an explosion of natural smoked wood flavors.

- Second-Course: Slow Smoked Iberico Pork Neck and Ribs
- Dessert: Burned Catalan Cream
