Cooking the Calçots is easy when you have the perfect wood. In Catalonia, La Calçotada is teamwork so there is always the person that is in charge to bring vine prunings from his grandparents' vineyards or olive trees.
Finding these prunings isn't that easy for many of us! That is why we decided to include the 25-liter bag that will be enough to burn up to 75 Calçots, so you do not need to find them in the forest.
Our wine prunings produce intense and homogeneous flames that burn uniformly the Calçots.
